Welcome to Roupio ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, APIs, and services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

6. Payments & Billing

If you subscribe to any paid plan, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge applicable fees. Refunds, if any, are provided at our discretion and subject to the specific plan terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts or access for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, or legal obligations. You may delete your account at any time; data deletion may be subject to retention required by law.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roupio, its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Roupio and its affiliates harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your chosen jurisdiction. If you do not specify, replace with the jurisdiction you intend (for example: "the State of Delaware, USA").

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will post changes here with a revised Effective Date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
